Tick Tock
The ticking of the clock,
is so painful to my ears,
constant noise…
Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock…
So sane and logical,
so unreal, a fantasy,
compared to fast-paced reality.
Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock…
If I tear the clock off my wall,
and turn back the hands,
will I turn back time?
Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock
