Hi Everyone!
Happy Wednesday. This week is flying by for me because I had Monday off, and I’m okay with it. I’m introducing the last character of Alter Reach that I can without any spoilers today. I hope you’ve enjoyed getting to know my friends these last few months. I can’t wait until you can read their story!
Without further ado, let me introduce you to Pierce.
Name: Pierce
Gender: Male
Age: 29
Background: Pierce is a mystery to most. He is mute and has been all his life. This doesn’t make him any less dangerous. Pierce is a very intelligent man, who is able to see things coming before any one else. He is a silent predator, and always has been.
Appearance: Tall, dark, with brooding, almost black eyes. He dresses in formal attire, and is always lingering in the shadows.
Family: Pierce was bounced around from the day he was born. His parents gave him up for adoption, and subsequently, each home he landed in threw him out.
Friends: You could say, Astrid is a “friend” to Pierce. She is the only one who understands him, and together they are very fierce.
Romance: Again, you may be able to draw a romance out between Astrid and Pierce, but it isn’t really romance. They use each other because it gets them to the places they need to be.
Introvert or extrovert? Introvert to an extreme.
Strengths: His silence is not only in his voice, but his movement. He is able to slip in and out of places without being seen or heard.
Weaknesses: He has a very difficult time communicating with Zeke, and it frustrates them both. They are allies, but they dislike each other immensely, which makes trying to conquer the most powerful magic in the world a bit difficult.
Goals/dreams/aspirations: Pierce’s main goal is to finish the job with Zeke and crew and disappear with his reward. He has no intention of hanging around longer than needed.
Fears: He fears failure. The last thing he wants is to lose, and he fears that Zeke will be his downfall. He trusts (to a certain extent) that Astrid has his back, which is why he hasn’t left yet.
