Review:
Melinda Leigh is a fantastic writer. This is the first book in the series and I think it’s going to be a great series. Characters, plot, writing…everything is great and I’m excited about this.
The characters are super believable. The dialouge really works here and it let’s the characters personalities show. I think that’s the strongest part of this novel – how realistic the characters are.
This is a mystery thriller with plenty of twists and turns. I think what makes this so compelling is the human element that is obvious here.
I really enjoyed Cross Her Heart and would recommend checking it out.
