Review:

Can I give a book more than 5 stars? WOW! That is honestly what I’d like my review to say. Butterfly Broken is absolutely astonishing. Easy 5 stars. Hands down one of the best books I’ve read this year.

Once this story gets going, it doesn’t slow down. Once again, I didn’t put it down and read it all in one sitting. I am just in awe.

I definitely think this series is best read in order. Bethany is still an awesome MC. I am loving how much she’s grown over the three books.

Highly highly recommended!! Don’t miss this series!!

Butterfly Bones (Metamorphosis #1) on Goodreads

Review:

Wow. I am very impressed with Rebecca Carpenter‘s Butterfly Bones. I read this in one sitting because the writing is really beautiful.

Bethany is a fantastic main story and easy to like right away. She feels like a real life friend. She is someone I felt protective over and I wanted to help her. Watching her journey was really compelling.

I felt the pacing was fantastic. Like I said, I couldn’t put this one down because between the awesome plot and the really intriguing characters, Butterfly Bones was a brilliant start to the series. Don’t miss it!

Butterfly Blood (Metamorphosis #2) on Goodreads

Review:

I always worry a bit about a second book because sometimes it seems to be a bridge between the first and the second. However, Rebecca Carpenter has penned an amazing second novel. I loved Butterfly Bones, but Butterfly Blood is even better!

This is such a unique plot and the writing is just fantastic. I found I couldn’t set this down at all. I recommend reading this series in order because it does seem to be building on each other.

Bethany has survived her metamorphosis and now, she’s forced to move out of state. Danger, suspense, and more await Bethany. It was such a compelling read!

This series is a must read. The books are getting better as we go. Highly recommended!!
