Review:
I was very excited to read Empire City, because the synopsis made it sound very interesting. Happy to say, it was a great read. What an intriguing concept, and a unique dystopian novel.
I love the pacing. It was almost impossible to put this book down. It starts with a bang, and it keeps going until the end. I love books that hold my attention, so that is probably one of my favorite aspects of this.
I think Jason is an excellent main character. His journey is compelling, and I enjoyed how his views changed and his character developed over the story.
Overall, this was a great read. Give it a shot!
