Review
How to Spot a Psychopath by MQ Webb captured my attention with the title. I am happy to report, the words inside the pages are just as compelling as the title. I love psychological thrillers and this is right up my alley. I will be paying close attention, as this is the first in this series, and even though I have too many books on my TBR, the next book in this series will definitely be added.
I really enjoyed the “now,” primarly from Oscar’s point of view and “then,” primarily from Jessica’s point of view, dual timelines. If was very compelling to see how the storyline would converge. The writing is addictive and the story flowed well from one chapter to the next.
The mystery is well done. It was not easy for me to fuess what was happening. The twists and turns came often and it made it difficult to put the book down.
Overall, this was an excellent psychological thriller. I’m looking forward to the next in the series and would recommend giving this one a read.

MQ Webb has always believed in the transformational nature of words, and a medium to utilize them. How to Spot a Psychopath is the first book in the Oscar de la Nuit Psychological Thriller series.
Born without a Middle name, Q is such an undervalued letter of the alphabet, only appearing with u, so thought they would give it some respect by acknowledging it in their name.
A fascination with human behavior and motivation led them to study psychology. They once worked in a building that was converted from a gaol and is a marketing consultant for NFP’s, universities, and the public sector.
