#BOOKTOUR | Into the Woods – Lorraine Murphy @MurphyLorr @InkubatorBooks @ZooloosBT #ZooloosBookTours #IntoTheWoods

I’m so sorry this post is going up late. No real excuse aside from a malfunctioning brain! This amazing book deserves all the love though, so check out all the info and my review!!

A lost child. A broken marriage. A ticking time bomb.

Karen will do anything for her eight-year-old daughter, Scarlett. Even holding together a marriage that is way past broken.

So when Scarlett disappears from their rural home, Karen is one hundred percent focused on a single goal – finding her little girl as soon as possible.

And time is of the essence. Because Scarlett is profoundly deaf and would live in utter silence if it wasn’t for her high-tech hearing aids. Karen knows that within hours their batteries will run out, leaving her daughter even more isolated and vulnerable.

As the search for Scarlett intensifies, shocking secrets are revealed and Karen realises she may have to look for answers closer to home.

When the reason for Scarlett’s disappearance finally becomes clear, Karen finds she is living her own worst nightmare – her daughter is in deadly danger and time is running out.

Into The Woods – the shocking psychological thriller perfect for fans of Freida McFadden, K. L. Slater, Daniel Hurst.

Okay, so clearly 2022 has been the year of amazing covers on book tours I’ve been participating. I am absolutely obsessed with the cover for Into the Woods by Lorraine Murphy!!

Anyway, the book is also awesome. This is my first read by this author and now she is on my “watch” list so I can read others by her. Into the Woods is an intense, fast-paced psychological thriller. I was dragged right into this story and held there all the way through.

The characters all feel realistic. Some not so great personalities and some great, which is just like the real world. I enjoyed the character driven type story telling that happens in this book. It helped keep me invested.

Twists and turns, great writing, and great characters, Into the Woods is definitely worth the read!

Thank you to Zooloo’s Book Tours, the publisher, and the author for the review copy. All opinions are my own.
