Review:
A Lifetime Ago is my third read from Jim Ody, and I’m a huge fan of this author’s writing. But, before we get into that…this cover is absolutely gorgeous. I’m obsessed. Okay, on to the review.
A Lifetime Ago follows Hudson Bell as he helps find missing children. The case he’s on in this book is quite the mystery.
I couldn’t put this down, and every time I thought I knew what was going on, turns out I didn’t. I love the twists and turns, especially toward the end. My mind was blown.
Jim Ody writes with the precision needed to pull of unexpected twists, as well as strong characters and emotive writing. I can’t wait to read more in this series and by this author. Don’t miss out!

Jim writes dark psychological/thrillers, Horror and YA books that have endings you won’t see
coming, and favours stories packed with wit. He has written over a dozen novels and many more short-stories spanning many genres.
Jim has a very strange sense of humour and is often considered a little odd. When not writing he will be found playing the drums, watching football and eating chocolate. He lives with his long-suffering wife, three beautiful children and two indignant cats in Swindon, Wiltshire UK.
